At PolkaDot, we strive for the highest quality in every bite, but if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a 14-day return window for unopened non-perishable items. Due to the nature of food products, perishable goods are eligible for refund or replacement only if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Return Process

Email our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of any damaged food items or packaging.
- 2.Review & Approval
Our quality assurance team will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3 business days.
- 3.Return Shipping
If a return is required for non-perishable goods, we will provide a prepaid shipping label to send the unopened products back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
